At Proud Mary Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your return.

Verification and Approval

We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address for our warehouse.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the unused items in their original packaging and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
