About: Luiza is a fourth-generation member of a family deeply rooted in specialty coffee production. After finishing her studies, she learned the intricacies of running a coffee farm from her father and brothers. Today, she manages Fazenda Santo Antônio and plays a crucial role in creating packaging, selecting, and defining the coffees for the family’s roasted coffee brand. 

Fazenda Santo Antônio’s coffees are processed at the headquarters at Fazenda Irmãs Pereira, which boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to deliver the highest quality post-harvest processing. The farm features advanced machinery, African beds, a UV-protected greenhouse, and a continuous focus on quality improvements. The coffee is meticulously handpicked, washed to separate the ripe beans, then pulped and dried on African beds. 

The SL-28 variety is originally from Kenya and is rarely found outside of Africa. It is prized for its bright acidity and exceptional cup quality.
