How soon will my coffee be shipped after ordering?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions for our signature blends and single-origin rotations. You can choose your frequency and pause or cancel at any time through your account portal.
Can I get my coffee beans ground?
While we recommend buying whole beans and grinding just before brewing for the best flavor, we do offer various grind settings ranging from Espresso to French Press.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our bags feature one-way valves and resealable zippers to help maintain freshness after opening.
